Returns and guarantee

If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased product, you can do it in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.

Return of goods of inadequate quality.

The Client has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Goods - within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase.

Return of the Goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved.

The Client does not have the right to refuse a Product that has individually defined properties, if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the Client purchasing it.

If the Client refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 30 days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding request.

A product of inadequate quality means a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with defects / defects).

The buyer, to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the seller, has the right, at his choice, to declare any of the following requirements:

replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article number) or for the same product of another brand (model, article number) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;

a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;

gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;

has the right to refuse to execute the contract and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.

When returning a technically complex product of inadequate quality (the list of such goods was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 10, 2011 No. 924 'On approval of the list of technically complex goods'), the Buyer has the right to demand:

replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article number) or for the same product of another brand (model, article number) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;

refuse to execute the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be presented in the following terms:

The product has a warranty period - during the entire warranty period;

There is no warranty period for the product - within a reasonable period, but not more than 2 years.

The online store has the right to refuse the exchange or return of goods if it considers that the discovered significant defect is the result of improper operation of the goods.

In the event of a disagreement over quality or reasons for deficiencies, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods have arisen through the fault of the Buyer, then the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs of transportation and storage of the goods related to its carrying out.

Return of goods under warranty is possible within 60 days from the date of delivery. In case of a guarantee case, no money will be charged for the courier's arrival. Warranty cases include defects, damage sustained during storage or transportation (only at the time of acceptance of the order), non-compliance of the goods with the order.

Please note that a return under warranty is possible only in case of correct operation of the goods (without unnatural loads for the goods, gross physical or chemical influences, as well as without carrying out repairs on our own). Also, an apparent slight discrepancy in color cannot be considered a warranty case due to the difference in color rendering of the monitors.

In case of minor defects, repairs are made at the expense of the store, after which the goods are returned. In disputable cases, repairs are also carried out. If for some reason an agreement cannot be reached, an independent examination of the product is appointed. If it shows that the defect has arisen due to improper operation, all costs (delivery, storage, examination) are paid by the client in accordance with clause 5 of article 18 of the law on the protection of consumer rights.

How do I return an item?

Items ordered on can be returned within 60 days, excluding the day of purchase.

To issue a return, you need:

1. Go to the section 'My orders' on the site.

2. Select the order and the item to be returned from the order.

3. At the bottom of the order, in the 'Send message' field, enter the details to which you need to return the money **.

4. Collect a parcel consisting of a product and a receipt *

5. Send the parcel in a convenient way for you to the address: 424000, Russian Federation, Pushkina St., 35, Kvartuk.

6. Wait until the return status changes in the 'My Returns' section of the website. The funds will be transferred within 10 days from the date the goods arrive at the warehouse.

* You have the right to make a return without a sales receipt, and we will definitely make every effort to identify the product in order to return the money. However, the Company reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase of goods in our online store. If you fail to provide such, we will be forced to refuse a refund.

** If the return of the goods is carried out by the client's representative and the bank (or other) details (for refund) of the client's representative, and not the client himself, are indicated in the return application, we will ask you to present the appropriate notarized power of attorney. In the absence of a notarized power of attorney, the goods will not be accepted for return from the client's representative.
